That dialogue..... If you are prepared, Isabell is a really easy boss. One facet should be equiped with a strong and leveled up slash weapon, for example a sword. The other facet should be equiped with a blunt type weapon. Isabel doesn't move much around. Use your skills for a ton of damage. From time to time she will summon spiders, which are weak against blunt attacks. Switch the facet and defeat them quick ,or she will summon evan more. Her attacks are easy to dodge. She can transform into a skull. Than she chase you and will explode. Just ran away, because you are faster. Another attack can confuse you, but only for a couple of seconds. Have fun.
