Basically use SoulSplit/Smite with Polypore or any other spell to smite the bots out.
Use Entangle as much as you possibly can - They may use freedom, just re-cast and use magic abilities alongside your spell to do enough damage to KO them when their prayer drops.
Make sure you don't kill them before prayer drops - Check Attributes interface!

Seems to be a lot of confusion with the attributes panel and bots turning their overhead prayer off, not protect item. Check 1:42 for an image of the interface so you know when their protect item prayer drops.
