Jr has 2 variant of Footstools to Jablock combos, these combos has proberly been found long time ago but I thought I could share it and make Jr current Meta bigger. you need his Mecha Koopa ready for all his footstools in the video.
please note he can ONLY get to the ground in time on the second footstool, the first one he will jump way to high to make anything out of it

at low Percent, a Side B to Footstool to Down Throw Mecha Koopa to Footstool is the best bet to deal damage and is the easiest to do. you need to follow DI on the second footstool. Weak Nair and Weak Bair is also possible for jablocking but not recommended due long landing lag

at any %, a grounded footstool with a Z-Drop Mecha Koopa will lead to a Footstool if you predict DI and follow the power of the launch from the bomb. it is possible to make it even past 200% with the air footstool but its not in the video. this setup is preffered at Medium to kill %. there the earlier version isnt possible anymore

there is an third that is not in the video, if you let Mecha Koopa walk and hit he opponent and you footstool him before the explosion, you can footstool the opponent again for some jablock. this is one of the hardest but can be most helpful at times.
