The battle with the Black Blades is somewhat special as Kamiizumi only joins after the first one of them goes down. Due to this, I had to make use of Specials in a given order:

First up comes Lightning Weak to all and Critical +1000% to all.
Next come 10 uses of Pantheon's Wrath. Praline has the least HP at 94500 and dies in 10x9999, which is guaranteed due to Attack Item Amp, Lightning Amp and Item Critical.
The next Action is again a Withering Ripple to induce weaknesses. Kamiizumi is new and needs this.
After that comes another 11 Pantheon's Wrath to whittle down Kamiizumi's 108000 HP.

This totals 24 actions required, which is manageable in 2 turns using Brave Suits. The main problem is timing that second Withering Ripple, which works just fine however.
