Lucifer [+] is again a rather speedy Nemesis to face. His base speed is 127, and he knows Slow and Steady to get it up to 190 the turn following a Default. He also has Arrogance, removing buffs on the party and putting P./M. Atk/Def +50% on himself. Other than that, he still uses Aeroja and his blade attacks, as well as counters against melee attacks.

To defeat him, I chose to go with a Stillness user, a Performer to buff Speed and M.Atk as well as two Meteor damage dealers. Speed to the extreme is key with this battle: With just enough Speed, he will never act before Stillness gets up. Still having Meteor users act before that cuts down a bit on damage, as does his Arrogance (50% M.Def buff is rather much). Still, because he has to Default a turn before moving at his fastest, it is always possible to buff up to just enough speed to go through this Unscathed.
