Todas las habilidades de Gatomancia se aprenden de diversos enemigos que te los muestra el diario de Yew, pero hay una en concreto que no te dice de qué enemigo se consigue.

Dicho enemigo en concreto no es un monstruo, si no un Ba'al. En concreto el Ba'al III Apparati. Puedes conseguir dicho Ba'al en el Fuerte Luna aleatoriamente por Streetpass/Spotpass o al final del capítulo 4 por el mundo.
