Messing around with the Player Action Modifier, I found an interesting Value (10D):

Use Codec Taunts Anywhere (only works with Fox, Falco, Wolf, & Snake)

I like to call them Codec Taunts. These are the special "hidden" taunts that work with specific characters on specific stages (ex: Fox in Lylat Cruise). With this on, you can use unlimited Codec Taunts Anywhere, but the actual Dialogue won't appear unless you are in the according stage. Like I said, only works for the above-mentioned characters. Using other characters' Taunts while this code on will make them freeze. Hit the frozen player to move again.
