I played Breakers Revenge for the first time a couple of weeks ago during my Combo Breaker trip and it's a pretty damn good fighting game. It's part of the Breakers Collection, which is out for Playstation and PC and has cross-play with rollback netcode. I haven't tried the netcode as of yet though.
