Breakfast Casserole | High protein breakfast to get your day started

Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and bake for 35 minutes. Every oven is different so make sure to keep an eye on it.
In a mixing bowl combine eggs, egg whites, bisquick, 3/4 of cheese and cut up turkey sausage. Spray nonstick spray and Line 8 x 8 baking dish with hash browns and pour mixture over hash browns. When baking is complete add remainder of cheese and put back in the oven to melt 1-3 minutes.
Ingredients:
6 whole eggs
276 grams of egg whites
112 grams of fat free cheddar cheese
40 grams of bisquick
4 1/2 hash brown patties
6 turkey sausage links or 4 turkey sausage patties

Fat: 85
Carbs: 127
Protein: 140
