I broke 7 bricks in this video with my hands in 2014. At this time I was strong after enlisting in the military, however I was also a black belt before joining with a talent for breaking bricks in my teens. After breaking my arms I am discovering at what speed my hands must travel before I can break these bricks again. Currently I have a punch speed of 30-35FPS; I’m wondering how much stronger I must be to break these bricks. I feel like I must have been punching faster than 22 mph surely since I know 35fps, despite being a strong boxers punch, was not quite at the level I was at in 2014. If I had to guess, I’d say the punch speed must have been at least 30mph or more. 30mph is a well trained boxers punch and based on my training I say it must have been between 30mph and 45mph to have broke these bricks+ the fall and my body weight.
