Some quick footage of Breeders: Sandbox to show off the real-time shadows and other effects made possible by my new Unity Pro license. :)

I've also made good progress learning to import and animate my own own characters for the player models. That was an uphill battle, but I managed to get my first mesh in there and working.

Not such good progress on the gameplay side. I am having trouble finding a fun game to attach to all this. Also, the evolving 'DNA' stats are interesting but they don't make for dynamic changes in the critters, so the result is kind of boring. I guess this is the danger of my Bottom-Up game design approach, but I will keep tinkering with ideas until I find something fun. :)
