25:32 Not true... You can build without workers, you only need to have workers if someone will be injured, if not you can build without workers, it won't be very good for you but you can...
You can't build if you don't have the Resources!
29:48 This is done in Majority Order, so Jen should go first and then Richard, it doesn't make a difference here because Richard doesn't have Equipment but that's how it should be done!
