This mission was SO BUGGY! Thankfully, I was able to complete the level. For me, what I had to do to fix these problems was to restart from the last checkpoint and go a bit slow in certain areas. Such as the "clearing the buildings" section. I hope this will be helpful for you, just in case it happens.
