The rules of Brotato Randomizer:
1) Your character and starting weapon must be chosen with the "?" button
2) Weapons: You may purchase only the weapon you start with. The exception is that you are allowed to purchase weapons which are otherwise impossible to start with (i.e: minigun, lightning sword, rocket launcher)
3) All other purchases and level ups are valid
4) Win
