In this Video we go through the crutial part of any brand new pellet smoker the Burn Off wich need to be done before your first cook on any smoker you purchase... but thats not all we also let our brunswich run for 3 hours at between 160-170 to achive what is called "Cold Smoking" what the professionals do to ad a layer of depth to there smoker Cold smoking or "Bronzing" your smoker will make all the seasonings and flavors cling to the Smoker Cabinet turning it into a Cast Iron Skillet so to speak.
