Dr. Willy was busy programing Cutman so he use his boomerangs inorder to steal cash, new program parts to update his robots and rule the world.
But, when a rival scientist, Dr. Gero hears about Willy updating his robots and fears he might rule over him. he decided to wreck his lab by sending in one of his androids to attack his base!
When the android appeared at the base and started blasting his lab, he calls for Cutman and orders him to distroy andoid 16!
