apparently, MK Chun li has adopted dopefish since he is in need of a meal since tiny terrors disbanded. and she needed his help for two of the characters whom I'm about to showcase...
victems:
Monkey D Luffy (Amakiti) missing spirtes, lack of a sound pack, heck, he has no portraits.
Klonoa: no Transparencies, lame attacks, missing spirtes.

this guy looks like he was made using Photopaint (and a poor job at it) his CLSNs are really messed up, as you see I was having problems hitting this guy with Chun Li.
sadly, Chun Li couldn't beat him so I had to bring in dopefish to eat him up. yea, I know it's cheap but this guy deserved it.

yea, I'm sure you were expecting me to fight this guy with MK Chun Li, well, this guy has 1600 HP and 140 defence along with a healing super move will make the fight too long. he has TONS of stolen spirtes (like Chancey, and Omega tiger woods to name a few)
heck, he has tons of missing spirtes, and I don't think I can say more how retarded he is.
