Some new basic 1handed pistol animations for citizens. Soldiers, metrocops, and alyx still use the old 2 handed anims. also fixed pistol activities for npcs. Now they will use it like normal guns unlike vanilla
meaning they have alert and idle stances as well as proper shooting animations. hooray.
