Crazy block bug when I tried to implement a block tick optimization, which I later identified as a null block error after further investigation. I fixed it by rounding the scroll values that were used for the optimization - basically, blocks were getting deleted and replaced with nothing due to rounding errors, causing null blocks to appear, which always render as the block that was in that part of the screen last.
