Tucked behind Shibuya's Hachiko and Tokyu exits is a little patch of open sidewalk used by street performers. 99.9% of the time, they are are Japanese performances. The night of April 14, I saw my first non-Japanese act there: A young man of Western or European descent.

Alas, I only managed to capture less than a minute of his act.
