So here we go guys you lot asked for more collab content on fallout so here we are. This is a player home built by Cordlessvii and decorated by me! Pretty cool right.
Cordless built the home which you really should go and check out :), and handed it to me using the Transfer Settlements mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/22442/) to send it to me. We discussed a few idea such as a build off or making something in the creation kit but we came up with this idea to make it work in the settlement mode. We used some great decoration mods in this video too with multiple room ideas and a beautiful exterior, with beautiful cable management and foliage. The interiors include a beautifully stacked kitchen, multiple sitting area's and bedrooms. The garage also has plenty of usable workbenches and tools for you as the player to use.
