Bulgarian Carrot (Hotter) - Hot Winter Hot Sauce- Slosh's Sauces #94
Welcome back to Slosh's Bar & Grill ... it is time for another hot sauce review ... and this time Slosh tries Bulgarian Carrot Hot Sauce from Hot Winter Hot Sauce - http://www.hotwinterhotsauce.com/
This is one of the sauces from my 2015 RedditGifts Condiments exchange ... and with ingredients that I have never heard of before ... Bulgarian Carrot - Hinkelhatz chillies ... with a fascinating backstory on the side of the bottle ... that feeling of small batch sauce ... a nice rustic label ... it all adds together to make a really intriguing sauce ...
I had no idea what to expect from this sauce ... it is really thick and chunky consistency ... absolutely chock full of seeds ... almost too many seeds in the spoonful that I tried ... but I have a feeling that was not necessary representative of how the sauce would be with food ... or in cooking ...
It tastes like peppers ... like chillies ... with a hint of garlic ... the aftertaste is quite delicious ... I think this will mix well with Italian cooking ... with spaghetti and pastas ... and it went awesomely with bacon and eggs after I went inside ... something quite different and worth checking out ...
