Welcome back to Slosh's Bar & Grill ... it is Friday so that means it is time for another hot sauce review!

This time Slosh tries Fallen Angel from Jungle Rain - http://junglerain.com.au/

This was an interesting sauce ... the flavour of the ginger really shone through immediately ... but it was not overpowering at all ... that hint of ginger ... the sauce has a subtle but overall nice taste that I feel is more of a complimentary flavour and will really shine with pork chops ... mmmm pork ...
