Bungie says it “betrayed” Destiny 2 fans over transparency

With all the hubbub about Battlefront 2, everyone kind of forgot about Activision and how they can also be a terrible company. Earlier this week a group of users found out that Destiny 2 had a hidden XP system which was preventing players from grinding out the in-game loot boxes. Bungie responded to the outrage by removing the XP scaler but at the same time they doubled the amount of XP it took to get a loot box, which just made fans even angrier. So Bungie decided to address player concerns head on and hears what they had to say.
