Burnout 3: Takedown: June 8th 2004 Pre-Alpha - All Events
https://archive.org/details/Burnout3TakedownJun82004prototype
Glorified demo marked as a preview disc weighing in at only 400 mb. Besides debugging symbols is quite useless. Only 3 tracks and 3 vehicle models per class. This build in particular had been seen previously in many pre-release promotional gameplay videos and images.
All differences

More objects reflect light - and more light sources project a motion blur-like streak.

More spark effects
More smoke emits from vehicles once you reach critical damage in Road Rage
Different billboards
More objects in Kings Of The Road, like caravans along the road that leads to the bridge

Different damage models for Road Rage
Audio:
Different medal/medal goal UI sounds

No rolling starts
No EA TRAX - but existed in builds around this era at one point. DJ Stryker also has several cut voice lines that remain unused in the game files.
Rotating or far frontal shot camera at the start of race events
Crash Mode events seem to be categorized in "Crash Zones"
Whenever you are low on speed or idle in Road Rage events the game itself will artificially damage your vehicle - with text popping up asking for you to "Speed Up".
