Business to Business BBB Complaint Filed v Google/Youtube Breach of Contract Retaliation Harassment!
0This new complaint details the aggressive and harassing retaliation I, my Youtube channel, Audio Visual Proof and Youtube videos have been experiencing recently, after filing 3 complaints against Google/YouTube. First complaint was filed with the Better Business Bureau of Los Angeles and Silicon Valley on June 9, 2020. Raquel Negrete was the BBB Agent who handled complaint Case# 799806. Second complaint was filed with ic3.gov website for Internet Crimes. Third complaint was filed with California Department of Consumer Affairs. Information for 2nd & 3rd complaints was furnished by Raquel Negrete via email. To date, there has been no response to the complaint filed with ic3.gov website and California Department of Consumer Affairs stated my complaint did not fall within their Regulatory Authority.
What I believe to be in retaliation for the filed complaints, there have recently been false claims made regarding video content, needlessly placed Age Restrictions, unwarranted Age Restrictions and flags falsely citing, "Not suitable for most advertisers", all actions that immediately prevent videos from earning ad revenue. I believe there may be an attempt to quickly cite my Youtube channel with 3 Community Guideline Strikes in an effort to terminate my channel due to the filed complaints. I submitted Screenshots & Video Links as evidence to prove the actions that I anticipated & predicted might be taken against my channel after filing the initial Better Business Bureau Complaint.
