A C++ Tutorial for Beginners using Visual Studio Code we'll go through How to Read our list into a 2D Vector. We'll explore C++ with VS Code and read a file and be able to edit it's contents. We'll also use Visual Studio Code on a Linux platform. This C++ Tutorial is intended for Beginners using VS Code.

We’re using Visual Studio Code to do all of our programming. We’ll change up functions in a database class that we made. The plan is to write our list to keep track of users and using the 2D Vector we'll have that ability. Now we can save and bring up an individuals list. Soon we'll be able to write the changes that we make to an individuals list.
