Finally decided to build this team, playing it seriously for the first time.
Overall, a very challenging topside, but still very fun!

35 + 31 + 44 = 110s. 111s with extra ms counted.

12-1: 32s or even faster is possible with SacSword refines. At my R1, it's just impossible to activate it for the Lector's shield. I have to use an alternate strat which is a lot slower.

12-2: 29-30s is definitely possible. But there's so much RNG here (Childe and Xiangling crits), and also Bennett energy for 12-3 is uncertain, so I took 31s with guaranteed energy.

12-3: 43s was my ideal target (and I know 42s is theoretically possible with this strategy), but I left the chamber too soon. Still, I think it's a pretty solid 44s run.
