C3 LP Spree - Episode 6 (Sailor V/Blue Flamingo)
4I'm taking a break from Touhou Mario (if I forget to come back to it, remind me!) to play other romhacks and work down the long list of what I have to play.
Sailor V made by Ladida has really bad controls, when compared to the original game's controls (especially the jumping). This makes it harder than it would be if the controls were normal, and makes it feel like an arcade game whose creators intended for it to bully unsuspecting children out of countless quarters. I can't beat it cuz I can't stand the controls.
THY on the other hand does a very impressive job with his Blue Flamingo, another hack defining the Undy-styled Choconilla subdivision. He does use a similar ground to Purple Rex, but THY still does things that Purple Rex didn't do, and vice-versa.
