This is actually Warhawk but with altered sprites (most ripped from Druid), backgrounds, and a different title screen.

Released by Hokuto Force this year (2015). Originally an Italian release by Systems Editoriale s.r.l./Commodore 64 Club. I've no idea who was responsible for this MOD.

English translation:
"In this game with beautiful graphics and sound qualities, you will have to play the role of the magician Gillot who, engaged in the eternal fight against the forces of evil, will descend into the dark abysses, into the kingdom of Terrorland.

After years of continuous and intense studies, the magician Gillot realized that it would be useless to try to fight the enemy without knowing him internally; so one day the magician Gillot decided to leave for Terrorland with his assistant Italus.

The unexpected, however, was just around the corner; the assistant Italus was not insensitive to the flattery of Straplon, the king of Terrorland and in a dark and evil night Italus fled.

The morning showed Gillot the greyness of a dark power from the center of Terrorland, to which he had recklessly approached. Only then did he realize the disappearance of Italus; terror assaulted him and when he realized he was surrounded by the forces of evil he knew he had very little chance of salvation.

He thus began to run towards the peace of his home but the way was long and dangerous and Straplon had sent all his evil army against him.

No... it wasn't going to be easy to escape the Demons.

To play use the joystick in port two and move through the wastelands of Terrorland; the fire button casts spells against demons. Try to overcome all the pitfalls of Terrorland and, if you really can't, enjoy the wonderful background music. "
