Also known as Aqua Racer. No General Practitioners in sight so presumably it's Grand Prix. The game is a bit arse-backwards as when you select "Trim for Trainin" mode it takes you to the main race, and vice-versa. The race also has pins and needles and you don't jump any sharks but skip a snake (?!). Nautica but nice.
