Day 1: 2024 March 30

I intentionally stopped earlier than I felt I "had to" since this is my first time doing this challenge and I don't know the limits of how far I can push these parts of my body before injuring myself or winding up with sciatica for several days again.

I did make sure to stretch before and after this recording! I did not stretch before or after a similar workout, once, and that might be why I ended up with inflammation and sciatica afterwards and needed crutches for a few days. Always stretch!

I look forward to attempting this again next week, after I see how my body responds to this attempt. Eventually, I'd like to survive the whole thing.
