The announcement was recently that Call of Duty will now be developed on a 3 year cycle alternating between Infinity Ward, Treyarch and new studio Sledgehammer Games, with SHGames developing the next 2014 release. Loads of people have created videos about how great this news is, but I don't think it's a particularly good thing...
