It looks confusing but it's doable, if you have all the evidence you need to see the letters on the newspaper for the name of the state, then you need to see the 2nd evidence which is the numbers the red one you just need the difference between the two numbers on the left and right of the question mark, for the blue you start from the right side and count how much it substracts each number to the furthest left one, then when you listen to the audio you can see the codes and states, the codes will match the numbers you got for the red and blue ? Marks, after you have the 2 numbers from red and blue write it down or memorize it, so now in order to solve this use the number you got from red and blue here u will find the state in the audio evidence.

What you need to do is type the state you have been given by red and blue numbers and not the one in the newspaper, however you will use the codes given by the name of the state on the newspaper

As you can see here when I calculated the red and blue numbers it gave me 2759, when I went into the audio for 2759 it was Boise, my newspaper was Washington, I saw the numbers Washington gave me in the audio it was 3190 so here what you need to do is not type Washington 2759 but you will type Boise and the code 3190 which was given next to Washington

It's a bit tricky but you do the opposite of each

As I can see people get confused using the codes next to the state given in the newspaper but that's not the answer
