Well actually, maybe it hasn't...
Note: I should probably point out (over five years after upload, but better late than never, I suppose?) that this video is a bit disingenuous. The game DOES have 3D fish that swim away from you when you get close. You can see even see one towards the end of this video. If you stick to the main path, you'll only encounter 'advanced' 3D fish. However, if you go off track (like I have in the video) then you'll come across these paper fish, which are probably fine as background dressing, but don't hold up to scrutiny. The developers are not lazy, and to call them such indicates a severe lack of understanding about the production process and realities of game development. Regardless of how you feel about the Call of Duty games, the developers do not deserve any negative comments thrown their way over this. This video is intended as a light-hearted, good natured joke; simply poking fun at something that most players will not see, and something that was likely done for justified reasons.
