7You and your platoon have broken through the front line, and your mission is to capture the German city of Aachen. You’re dropped in a war-torn city square.
Use cover to move across the square and get to the field phone at the entrance of the large building on your left.
Once you do, a cutscene will trigger, and you’ll switch characters to Peréz, who you met in Operation Cobra. You’ll be leading his tank brigade to Daniels and Pierson to lend some extra firepower.
After making your first turn in the Sherman, some Panzershreck crews will take a position on the second story of a building at the next intersection.
Once you continue down the street, German infantry will flood your view, making a hasty retreat. Use your .30 calibre machine gun to take them out. Look out for Panzershreck crews in the blown-out buildings.
A German Panzer tank will ambush your convoy and take out the Sherman in front of you. Its armour is too high to attack the front, so make a left turn through the blown out building and flank it, 3-4 direct hits on the side or the back should take it out.
