This error has nothing to do with game servers, don't wait for patch because patch can't help you with this. You must set up your router & router of your friend to play together in party. Every router have different settings. This is the example how to set up ports on your router to play call of duty wwII on pc

Steps:

1. Click Start then type in search network and sharing center

2. Click Ethernet, details, your IPv4 adress (example: 192.168.1.24)

3. Type in google port forward call of duty ww ii

4. open first page and then scroll down to:

Call of Duty - WWII - PC
Call of Duty - WWII - Xbox One
Call of Duty - WWII - Playstation 4

5. Choose one of this, depends on which machine you play the game

6. Choose your router

7. Now type in adress bar (not google) your IPv4 default gateway you can find it in first 2 steps

8. Click enter, type your user name and password (if you don't know it contact your ISP (internet service provider)

9. Now follow all the steps on port forward site that we mentioned in steps 3-6

P.S. If you must type your IP adress when you create ports in your router setting then you can find your IP adress on steps 1-2 (IPv4 default gateway)
