I noticed in the last video that my Companions seem to have gotten stuck back at the helicopter that had the chest stash underneath it. I arrived at the trailer camp with only one Companion, so I knew that I either needed to go to another level or make a save and reload to get my Companions unstuck. So, I tried a reload, which unfortunately didn't remove the fog but did get my Companions back in order as the mustered at the trailer camp. Then I noticed there were only seventeen Companions and I was missing one.

I decided to find my missing man and try to determine what killed him. I knew he was dead and not just out of range of my Mini-Map, when I checked my PDA relations which shows me each Companions and I manually counted the three rows of six each, seeing the very last eighteenth man was missing. Soon we found him and there were no mutants around and he still had his gun and supplies on him, leading me to believe his death must have been some collision with the other NPCs. Could be the same source that made them get stuck to begin with.

When it was time to go to the Army Warehouses, to take the meat and arms to the Freedom Base, there was someone waiting for us at the level changer.
