Camera Frustums - 3D Collisions in GameMaker
In addition to organizing 3D collision worlds, quadtrees and octrees can also be used to optimize rendering via frustum culling. Let's get to work defining a camera frustum that works with the rest of our 3D collision system!
3D collisions in native GML are one of the more commonly requested tutorial subjects I get. This is a big subject and will require a long time to cover properly, but they can be done - no external DLLs required!
