To this day, since 29 May 2019, T-Series has become the first YouTube channel that reached 100 million subscribers and beating PewDiePie on the great subscriber war that lasts from 29 August 2018 to 28 April 2019. One of the supporting factor of T-Series's victory is that in the past few years, YouTube is on a trend to favour
companies more than small creators because companies tend to bring in a huge amount of ad revenue. This could possibly lead to companies dominating the YouTube platform. The question is, can another company beat T-Series in another future subscriber war?

To answer that, let's look at a few things considering the corporate YouTube. One, since YouTube favour companies more than small creators, companies like T-Series are getting more exposure to the audience than creators like PewDiePie do. An article posted by "The Verge" titled "YouTube’s Trending section puts creators at a huge
disadvantage over big brands" says that YouTube creators need to get millions more views than late-night TV shows in order to appear in YouTube’s Trending section.
Using data obtained from 40,000 videos, the study found that creators, like Logan Paul, need to reach about 11 million views on a video just to hit the Trending section while TV shows like The Tonight Show only need a couple hundred thousand views. Two, a lot of companies around the world are taking advantage of the corporate YouTube, which means we're going to see more channels owned by companies, rank their videos on trending rather than small creators in the upcoming future. So yeah, another company can beat T-Series in terms of subscribers.

So what do you think? Can T-Series defend their title as the new king of YouTube, or end up trampled by many companies behind them? Leave your thoughts in the comments section, give a like and subscribe for more contents in the future. Peace out.
