Can anyone help me figure out what type of Computer Freeze I have? Ryzen 9

/r/buildapc last year helped me figure out why my M2 drive didn't work: My computer was not compatible. So you helped me buy a really awesome $1k comp that upgraded to $1.4 later. I needed that drive to help me dev my upcoming video game. It was good until the past few months where I am seeing my computer chug then freeze for about 1-2 minutes every few hours. Can someone watch this video and help? Maybe someone saw this particular freeze. Sound plays, video recording, but keyboard is not working, mouse is not working, keyboard is not working, not even caps lock light.
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 3.8 GHz 12-Core Processor
Motherboard: ASRock B550M Pro4 Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard
Memory: 2x Crucial RAM 32GB DDR4 3200 MHz CL22 Desktop Memory CT32G4DFD832A = 64 GB
Case Cooler Master MasterBox MB311L ARGB MicroATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply be quiet! Pure Power 11 600 W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply
3d card: ASUS GeForce GTX 1650 4GB Phoenix Fan Overclocked Edition HDMI DP DVI Graphics Card (PH-GTX1650-O4G)
Drives: Samsung Evo960 & WD Green 480GB Internal PC SSD - SATA III
& Two 5 TB WD USB externals (don't run programs on, only for backup)
Notes: Has been very very slightly overclocked, by just like 3.8 ghz to 3.9
and voltage up to 1.35 volts to 1.37
Would there be a clue in some log file someplace what happened?
