Jackson here and we're just under a week away from Dune Part 2 FINALLY releasing at the cinema.
Ever Since covid-19 became a thing, Hollywood and Cinema has had a rough time to say the least and in the last 12 months, we've seen flop after flop of big releases. Even sure bets like Marvel have seen their latest films slump and safe bets like Mission Impossible haven't faired much better.

Oppenheimer and Barbie did their bit to keep cinema going in 2023 but so far in 2024 it has been flop central.

So it got me thinking, is Dune Part 2 the most important film release this year? I would argue possibly and I feel like both hollywood and cinema chains need Dune to do well to justify the cinema experience is still imporatn and big budget blockbusters are worth the millions of investment they cost to make.
