2Welcome to F1 23 My team career mode where we have add Lamborghini to the sport with the aim of beating Ferrari by the end of the career mode. We have started the career mode by starting as a mid-field team as I feel this is more realistic to what would happen if Lamborghini was to enter the sport if you compare it to HAAS in 2016
Last season in 2025 we managed to defend our title becoming a double World Champion in a title decider in Abu Dhabi. We go into 2026 to once again defend our crown. This season we have many regulation changes to the Chassis and the long awaited 2026 engine regulations. As our engine contract expired with Mercedes going into this season they were unwilling to renew the contract as they didn't want a customer team rivaling them in the championship. We have therefore switched to Honda engines for this season.
driving changes
Despite the big regulation changes all the teams have kept there driver lineups for 2026 as we also keep Piastri. The only change is at Aston Martin where they have replaced the retried Fernando Alonso with Rookie Theo Pourchaire.

After a few years of driver career modes I have brought back my team career mode to the channel it had a small appearance back on F1 2021 but not as a full series. This is the first full my team career mode on my channel since F1 2020 when my team first come out. I didn't enjoy it back then but now adding a real car brand to the sport in Lamborghini with the aim of beating Ferrari will keep it more interesting and exciting for me playing and you watching . A driver career mode may return one day but for now it's all my team career mode.
