Hello, Hello, Hello, and welcome friends! - to a new series I am calling "Can It Be ASMR?" Or "CIBASMR?" for short. I take games that aren't exactly made for relaxation or ones that you wouldn't think be appropriate for ASMR and see if I can play them in such a way where they are actually relaxing. At the end of the video I give a verdict on if this game can truly be ASMR.

Now we play Rocket League, which has been, without a doubt, my most played game of the last year. It has become almost an obsessions as I rose from gold to low champ and been a great way to reconnect with friends online. I now have over 500 hours in the game, but I never considered if it would actually be good for ASMR. So let's experiment and see if I can play some Rocket League matches live while whispers. You are also able to hear my controller sounds as triggers (which I never realized how aggressively I press!) Can I play Rocket League in a relaxing manner to help you sleep? I mostly did the 1440p to increase the bitrate of the video, so if the quality looks poor, try 1440p if your internet can handle it, even if you only have a 1080p monitor as it will still look better!

First and foremost, I whisper because I find it very calm and relaxing. but also to create ASMR.

ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response and is the name of the feelings that some people experience that consists of a strange, but pleasurable, tingling sensation in your neck area and down the spine when hearing certain soft sounds such as close-up whispering, brushing, or tapping or seeing certain calming visuals such as hand movements, or a combination like watch Bob Ross painting videos. ASMR is great to help people relax, become calm, study, and reduce stress and insomnia.
