My solve of "The one that got away" by Joseph Nehme. A sudoku with the renban and ratio constraints.

Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Along lines, digits must be a set of consecutive digits in any order.
- Cells separated by a black dot have a ratio of 1:2. Not all dots are given.
