We jump into the Starbound 1.2 unstable branch as we preview the big Starbound 1.2 update.

In this Starbound 1.2 preview we enter The Ruin, lair of the game's final boss, and see if you can terraform the weird tentacle landscape into another biome - we test our theory using both microformers and terraformers, technology available in Starbound 1.2 only after you've completed the game. So can we terraform the Ruin?

NOTE: Because this is the unstable branch, all features are subject to change. To access Starbound 1.2 before the game's stable update, just make sure you have the unstable version installed via Steam.
