9Oh hey its Kula by Koopakoot. Its pretty good, too. Its basically XI Kula but with the option of using 2002 hitsparks. Oh and she's got Freeze Completion too. I heard Kula was top tier in XI anyhow. Sure feels great too, even coming with a very XIII-style palette. You've got both Diamond Edge supers here too.yeah to be hoenst I haven't got much to say. Maybe her Crow Bite special might have caused what you see at the start of the vid, maybe not but hey. Go get it.
And God Rugal by Hero. Its a good creation, yeah. Usual POTS-esque playstyle, seen it before. Some of the edited KOF graphics look good and he added The Rugalspin and Hopelessly Useless Kaiser Wave Spam MAX2 from 2002. One of his intros he kills Geese, see cos like in one of his intros, Akuma kills Bison right? Anyway, he has an original super called Genocide Destructor. I would have preferred to keep the amount of supers down but hey. I would have also preferred his defense to be lower ala CvS2 God Rugal. Once again his AI's tough but dim as he tends to follow up Reppuken with Rugal Execution, and that can fail even when up close so you can pound him quite a bit. Its the usual sort of stuff you expect from Hero so hey, give it a go. Me? I'm ambivalent on these sorta things. Oh yeah and the start of the vid shows a glitch I ran into when recording this fight. Sometimes if he gets hit with Kula's Crow Bite, you get what you see. I wonder if its a problem with Hero's Rugal and Shoryuken-type attacks? Or if its Kula and Koopakoot somehow zigged when he should have zagged.
