Can You Beat Dead Rising Only Using CRT TVs?
424If you ever looked at the box art of Dead Rising you may have thought about beating the entire game with only using TVs.
Now I want to say immediately this is impossible, the very first boss of the game is too high up to actually do anything to and TVs as a weapon break almost immediately despite having high damage output.
As an experimental run I am able to use Stip0's Watchdog mod to pocket TVs and with this the challenge actually becomes doable since I can carry more than one at a time and I can actually reach the 1st boss of the game.
As well I wanted to mention this is an experiment where I actually tried to edit down the footage heavily and put other songs over the boss fights that normally eat at the ad revenue, if this format is more enjoyed I'll considering doing more edited versions in the future as opposed to uploading the full run straight. There were a LOT of direct runbacks to get more TVs
