Rules:

PSI is not allowed in battle or out... there is one exception, which is PSI Teleport. I say this because honestly it is super convenient to use that one, and it doesn't affect fights, so it's okay in my book

Pray is allowed, as it is random, and can even hurt us with status effects. Plus, it is technically not PSI, so it's okay.

Bottle Rockets, or any of the stuff Jeff uses, is NOT PSI, so it is okay. I somehow have a feeling someone is going to say that

Other than that, nothing else I can think of. Y'all can suggest rules if y'all want. And yes, items are allowed. This would be impossible without items in battle
