So i've beaten #minecraft hundreds of times over the past 10 years, but i've never done it with special limitations, so I asked myself. Can I beat #minecraft without a mouse? This run starts out like any other run, besides my camera movement being bound to my keyboard instead of a mouse like normal. I quickly learned that crafting, or inventory management, or anything involving fine mouse movements is very difficult when you don't have a mouse to do it with (I fixed this later in the run by turning down the sensitivity). My first# minecraft challenge was going to be any form of combat because I normally rely so heavily on quick jumps in and running away, this obviously wasn't going to be possible, relearning combat was the easy part. Getting my hands to do what I was telling them was the hard part. Mining was boring as always, and pretty uneventful, so i skipped over all of it besides the good find. Getting into the nether was also easy as always. It took me a while to find a fortress, and even longer to find a good #blaze spawner. There were a lot of chests with good loot though. After almost burning to death far too many times, I decided to sacrifice two of my blaze rods to make some fire resistance potions. This proved to be a very smart move and made hunting the rest of the blazes easy. Fighting #endermen proved to be a struggle as looking around during combat wasn't really an option, however, I managed to figure it out. During a live-stream, I grinded some more ender pearls, and started navigating towards the end portal. I did some cliff diving on the way. Made some friends, they saved me from an ender man, then found the stronghold. It took me probably an hour to find the portal though. (it was behind a one block deep wall directly to the left of where i fell in) after i found it, i used the lava and a water bucket to make a new nether portal, updated to the newest snapshot, died, got my stuff, died again, got my stuff, and finally grinded the last few ender pearls and made it into the end. My original strategy of shooting out the crystals with a bow didn't work at all, so I ended up pillaring up the side of all the towers and punching the crystals. To defeat the dragon, i stood in the portal frame and waited for her to stop by, where i would just hit her with my sword until she died. And with that, I answered my question. Yes, I can beat minecraft without a mouse. If you enjoyed, leave a like and consider subscribing! If you didn’t, leave a dislike.
